Each session begins with gentle grounding and relaxation to help the body feel comfortable and supported.

You will then be guided through a calming meditation practice while lying down comfortably. Through breath awareness, body scanning, and mindful guidance, the body gradually enters a state of deep relaxation while the mind becomes quieter and more still.

No movement or physical effort is required during the practice.
